Orders placed August 25 through September 15 will ship on September 17. Thank you for your patience.

Every piece is hand-wrapped and packed with care in our Naples, Florida studio. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

Local to Naples? Choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll coordinate a time for you to collect your order from the studio, no shipping fee required.

What shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by USPS, based on the weight of your order and where it’s going, plus a small flat charge for packing materials. You’ll see the exact amount before you pay, there’s no padded flat rate. Most orders travel USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, whichever works out better for the parcel.

If something arrives broken

Every piece is packed by hand with a great deal of care, but pottery is fragile and transit is rough. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and of the packaging it arrived in, and please hold on to the box and packing materials until the claim is settled, the carrier requires them.

Because each piece is one of a kind, a damaged order is refunded in full. If a similar piece is available and you would rather have that, we are glad to send it instead.

Please also understand that once we hand your order to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel that is lost, or that is marked as delivered but has not arrived.

Caring for Your Piece

Every piece is hand-made, food-safe porcelain. How you care for it comes down to one thing — whether it has gold on it. If you see a warm metallic gold detail, follow the first set of instructions. If there’s no gold, your piece is made for everyday use, dishwasher and microwave included.

Pieces with gold luster

Hand wash only, with warm water and a soft sponge.

Never put a gold luster piece in the microwave, metallic glazes will spark — damaging both the piece and your microwave. Please skip the dishwasher too. Heat and harsh detergents dull the gold over time, and a piece that’s hand washed will keep its shine for years.

Pieces without gold luster

Dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Use them like you’d use anything else in your kitchen.

These pieces are fired to be durable and practical, so there’s no special handling required — weekday coffee, reheated leftovers, straight into the dishwasher afterward. That’s exactly what they were made for.
